These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Renovo, an AI design and virtual staging service available at renovoapp.ai and operated by Pixery ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Renovo.

The service

Renovo lets you upload photos of properties and rooms and use AI tools to generate redesigns, virtual staging, renovations, videos, and related visuals. Outputs are generated automatically and may vary in quality or accuracy. They are intended as creative and marketing aids, not as architectural, engineering, or appraisal advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Renovo, and you agree to provide accurate registration information.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transform that content solely to operate the service and deliver your results. You represent that you have the rights to upload any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform, or using outputs in a misleading or deceptive manner. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Renovo is offered as a paid subscription, sometimes with a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing and credit allowances are shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Renovo.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date above, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
