Renovo, operated by Pixery at renovoapp.ai, is a subscription service with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time, and this policy explains how cancellation works and when your access ends.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. There are no cancellation fees and no obligation to keep your plan once you no longer need it.

How to cancel

Manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings using the manage-subscription option. If you signed up through an app store, cancel through that store's subscription settings. If you need help, our team can assist you at support@renovoapp.ai.

When access ends

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. After that period ends, your plan reverts to a free or limited state and paid features are no longer available.

Free trials

If you are on a free trial, cancelling before the trial ends prevents any charge. If you do not cancel in time, your subscription begins automatically and is governed by this policy and our Refund Policy.
