We want you to be confident in Renovo, operated by Pixery at renovoapp.ai. This policy explains our free trial and money-back guarantee, and how to request a refund.

Free trial

Many of our plans include a free trial so you can explore the tools before you pay. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the price shown at checkout.

Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription charge, you can request a refund within 14 days of that charge. We stand behind the product and will review eligible requests promptly and in good faith.

What is not covered

Renewal charges after the initial period, and credits or generations that have already been used, are generally not eligible for a refund. Where required by law, your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@renovoapp.ai from the address associated with your account and include the date of the charge. We will confirm your eligibility and, where approved, issue the refund to your original payment method, which may take a few business days to appear.
